Q1. Can I have a sample order?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

 

Q2. Can we print our logo on the product?

A:Yes,and it is warmly welcome.We provide OEM and ODM service.

 

Q3. Can you bear the freight?

A. The price we quote you is our factory price, not included other cost, like shipping cost and importation costs, so this cost you need to shoulder. Our distributors also need to shoulder this cost, as we usually give them the factory price and they use their own freight forwarder to transport the goods.

 

Q4. How long is your delivery time?

A. Shipment time is typically 7-10 days after order payment confirmation.

 

Q5: How can i order?

A: We will make quotation after you send us your purchase plan. If you agree with the quotation, please send us your company name,address and telephone for goods delivery. We will make proforma invoice and inform you the payment way. Goods delivery details will also be informed accordingly.

 

Q6: How about the warranty? 

A: 1-2 years (except for disposable things) 

 

Q7: What is MOQ?

 A: 1 pcs for regular product. Sample is available and sample cost can be deducted from future orders. 

 

Q8: What's the payment method? 

A: Alibaba, D/P,T/T, Western Union, Ping Pong, Lianlian, World First, Credit Card, etc. 

 

Q9: What about package? 

A: Carton with foam, some product packed by wooden case.
